Hemophilia A

For hemophilia A, CSL Behring offers Helixate® FS. Helixate® FS is indicated for the treatment of classical hemophilia (hemophilia A) in which there is a demonstrated deficiency of activity of the plasma clotting factor VIII (FVIII).  Learn more

Sample Program

If your child is currently using another factor VIII (FVIII) product for hemophilia A, consider the benefits of Helixate® FS. When you participate in the Sample Program, you will receive up to 6,000 IU of Helixate® FS!

How Do I Get My Sample?

Print out the Sample Program Product Request form and take it to your doctor. Talk to your doctor to see if Helixate® FS is right for your child and to discuss how to switch. Then have your doctor fill out the request form and fax it to us at the number shown on the bottom of the form. The sample will be delivered to your doctor for you to pick up.

Hemophilia B

For hemophilia B, CSL Behring offers Mononine® (Coagulation Factor IX [Human] Monoclonal Antibody Purified. Mononine® is indicated for the prevention and control of bleeding in factor IX deficiency, also known as hemophilia B or Christmas disease.  Learn more

Important Safety Information for Mononine®
 
Mononine® is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to mouse protein.
 
The following adverse reactions may be observed after administration: headache, fever, chills, flushing, nausea, vomiting, tingling, lethargy, hives, stinging or burning at the infusion site, or other manifestations of allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis.
 
Mononine® is derived from human plasma. As with all plasma-derived products, the risk of transmission of infectious agents, including viruses and, theoretically, the Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD) agent, cannot be completely eliminated.
